The Dragons Dream project covers integrated automation of lighting, automation of energy systems and automation of management processes. As an umbrella innovation and a unique solution, it includes the automation of management processes: management of space occupancy, management of registration, access and management of maintenance activities by external contractors. The integrated solution made it possible for the Dragons Dream hostel to operate autonomously without personnel and to have all processes on the part of guests and service departments fully automated.

Hotel Cubo

In the Hotel Cubo in Ljubljana, in addition to the entire building automation, we also took care of the automation and central management of the hotel rooms. By connecting to the reservation system (channel manager), the reception system receives information about the new reservation, guest and special requests. The system sends the guest a digital key with all instructions upon arrival. All this automatically, without the intervention of the manager.

The solution technically consists of:

In this way, the management of reservations is easy but reliable, and the user experience of the guest is excellent. By connecting room management and building automation into a single system, the manager has all the key information about the operation of the hotel and the status of the rooms gathered in one place. Tasks for staff are preset or through notifications and everything runs smoothly but in a controlled manner. In case of deviation, the manager gets a notification and can take immediate action.
