They connect devices with the right people and make sure that they get accurate information, enter where they need to go and automatically report on the success of the service, time and materials used after the work is done. Maintenance thus becomes significantly more planned and meaningful and practically unobtrusive.
Buildings must be reliably controlled and managed. For this, HiQ control is used, which was created on the basis of many years of experience in industrial automation. In order to enable integration into the platforms and cooperation, it is necessary to prepare the data and securely transfer it to the platform. For this purpose, the EDGE solution was developed and implemented in the IoT linker, which ensures the preservation and refreshing of the digital twin that "lives in the cloud". The HIQ-Universe platform enables those with the appropriate authorizations to automatically transfer changes to the digital twin into reality. With this, we have created a virtual environment that is paired with real devices and creates a new, virtual ecosystem where collaboration between devices, users and service providers is enabled.
Thus, we can implement a system of rules for early fault detection (FAULT DETECTION and DIAGNOSTICS-FDD), machine learning and multi-cause optimization on the building.
FDD makes what has been hidden up until now, clear and informs the maintenance staff and the manager about it. This prevents damage and unnecessary consumption of materials and energy. Savings on spare parts and time consumption are up to 45%, on energy up to 30%. After a few months of FDD operation, the machine learning module begins to further refine the algorithms, enabling further savings of 5 to 10%. With multi-causal optimization, the manager has the possibility to freely set different operating modes (comfort, energy efficiency, sustainability...)

Self-learning system for simplified system control and maintenance
Using information from internal systems in real time in the building, publicly available data such as weather forecast, traffic, occupancy and with the help of spreadsheets, comparison tables and performance indicators (KPI), the COS system automatically sets the optimal parameters. The essence of the self-learning system is that, using real-time data and archived values, it controls the devices in such a way that they operate optimally in terms of resource and energy consumption. Artificial intelligence technology is key here.
