Energy devices, energy production systems and consumers (PROSUMERS) need to be reliably controlled. For this, the CYBRO-3 PLC controller is used, which was created on the basis of many years of experience in industrial automation. In order to enable integration into the platforms and cooperation, it is necessary to prepare the data and securely transfer it to the platform.
For this purpose, the EDGE solution was developed and implemented in the IoT linker, which ensures the preservation and refreshing of the digital twin that "lives in the cloud". The HIQ-Universe platform enables those with the appropriate authorizations to automatically transfer changes to the digital twin into reality. With this, we have created a virtual universe that is paired with real devices and creates a new, virtual ecosystem where cooperation between devices, users and service providers is enabled.
The measurement of energy flows in buildings, industry and infrastructure is key to the appropriate distribution of costs and revenues and represents the basis for all further measures. "Smart Energy" solutions are the best way to capture data, display, analyze and bill, and at the same time provide entry into the world of optimization. Our solutions use wired (Modbus, Ethernet, MBus) and wireless (LORA, 4G, LTE, 5G) connections and can be combined with local control to enable management, shutdown and optimization. COS (Cognitive optimization system) is connected to the digital twins of the building. The basic COS module, EE (Energy efficiency), uses data from all 4S solutions and through a system of rules constantly takes care of as low energy consumption as possible. If the building is automated with HIQ systems, then no additional equipment is required. In the case of any BMS, CNS system, we install an IOT linker, which enables the establishment of digital twins and the connection to HIQ-Universe. We have developed more than 300 rules, which are constantly updated. We adapt the parameters of the rules to each object, and then subject them to continuous improvements using machine learning and artificial intelligence and multi-objective optimization.
BEMS or "building Energy Management System" combines measurement, analytics and COS, and additionally by using dynamic management, own resources, storages and other advanced methods, ensures the cheapest average price of energy.

Electric car chargers have a specific consumption profile and otherwise need a lot of power when charging the car. The electricity grid is practically always limited and often combined with other consumers, so the only option for optimal use is dynamic management. XEMS solutions provide flexible charging power limitation so that the charging station gets all the energy that is available at the time, taking into account other consumers. By connecting to the HIQ Universe, however, we can combine digital twins into digital structures and ensure the dynamic limitation of a group of charging stations in combination with other consumers and taking into account local resources. This protects the network and enables optimal use of the infrastructure. Additional functionalities can ensure optimal distribution of energy and power, aggregation and disaggregation to the charging station manager.
The sun gives energy, how much we manage to convert it into electricity depends on many parameters, such as defects, dirt and shadows. Unfortunately, it is believed that big mistakes are less harmful than small ones because they are usually not noticed. In this way, we can lose part of our energy and thus our income for months and years, and eventually, errors can become dangerous, causing fires, injuries and other undesirable consequences. SPSS, in conjunction with local SCADA, by integrating into Robotina's digital services, constantly monitors the operation of the power plant by individual branches (strings) and, using advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence, detects deviations when they do not cause major damage.
