Hybrogen is a mobile system that enables the simultaneous use of various energy sources to supply consumers with a maximum power of 42 kVA.
It enables the simultaneous use of solar and wind energy, which, taking into account the current needs and also stores energy in powerful LI-Ion Battery system, for future needs. The system can be simultaneously connected to the network and the aggregate, as classic power sources.
Where we recommend Hybrogen:
PV (photovoltaic) power generator is set of pre-mounted field Aluminum (Al) frames (fixtures), fully integrated and easy to deploy in field. Mounting angle is fixed, but different frames inclination may be ordered for different geographical locations. Frames contain 6 PV mono or poly crystalline panels with all necessary wiring for easy connection. Frames are fixed to the terrain through appropriate concrete weights to provide reliable fixing and prevent moving of the frames with winds up to 180km/h.
Wind power generator is equipped with fixing elements that allow reliable mounting of wind generator (1,5KW min) on the top of the containe ror elswhere. Wind generator is mounted on foldable column, for transportation and protection.
Hybrogen energy storage system is based on the most advanced Li-PO4 battery technology. The Li-ion technology enables at least twice higher energy density than standard battery systems. It also has very low self-discharge and requires almost no maintenance. Battery system is equipped with proper BMS that provides real-time battery control and management of its status, health, and all required action (charge, discharge etc.) to maintain its optimal state for future energy needs. Battery system is also is fully managed through EMS.
Diesel generators of various power e.g.40 kWA can be installed for additional power availability.
Any third party DG can fit into Hybrogen system with a standard communication!
EMS constantly manage energy flow from source to consumer in optimized way according to selected regime and energy need (present and future).
Hybrogen was successfully selected for the ALENOS (Alternative Energy Supply of Shooting Ranges) project. For the needs of the Slovenian army, we developed a mobile energy unit with the commercial name HYBROGEN. This includes the production of electricity through solar and wind power plants, battery storage systems and also a diesel generator. The entire energy system is managed through Robotina's energy management platform xEMS, which ensures the complete synchronization of the use, storage and production of electricity.
Together with the Ministry of Defense of Slovenia, SiEnE performed and presented the Hybrogen project and solution at the EDID - European Defense Innovation Day event. The project and solution received a lot of interest and praise related to the "greening defense" approach and strategy implemented by the Slovenian Army with the support of SiEnE.
