Access Control & Digital Keys
HIQ digital keys
- The digital key is automatically sent when a booking is made
- A fully automated procedure for digital reception and self-check-in kiosk integration
- Digital keys as entrance tickets
- Advanced presence & room status detection
The access code can be in the form of:
- QR code: a matrix barcode that can be printed or displayed directly on a mobile phone screen
- RFID code: stored on an RFID tag (wireless card, key fob, bracelet, …)
- PIN code: 4-digit pin code can be entered via the touch panel in front of the room
Safety, Security, Privacy
- SOS functionality, triggered on the touch panel and with additional keys or pull switches
- DND, the door-bell and access with service codes are disabled (except security code)
- Digital keys are automatically sent upon booking to allow discreet access to the rented room
- Fire & flood detection triggered by integrated sensors
- Alarms & notifications triggered by integrated devices and sensors
- Integration of locking systems, video surveillance, and connection to the control center
